Who has access to your personal information?
We never sell or exchange your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. On the other hand, the distribution of news, invitations and other marketing is sometimes managed jointly by several of the Martin & Servera Group companies.
Personal data can be transferred to external parties who process personal data on behalf of the company and as instructed by the company. Such external parties are personal information assistants and shall always sign a grant agreement with the company.
Personal data may be transferred without bribery agreements to external parties with their own personal liability when there is legal basis or legal obligation for the transfer. The transfer will then be documented and only the necessary data will be transferred.
